General Information:
Alternate A2 is a road that links the Landsborough Hwy (A2) with the major commercial centre of Charleville in the mid-west of Queensland.
History:
- 1962: Original Angellala Creek Bridge (Annie Switzer Bridge) constructed. 2
- March 2009: Angellala Creek Bridge (Annie Switzer Bridge) and road approaches begin to be upgraded, 24km west of Morven on the Warrego Highway. Also widening works on the Warrego Highway approximately 30km west of Morven. 3
- 12 December 2009: The upgraded Angellala Ck (Annie Switzer Bridge) bridge opened to traffic. 2
